摘要病例女，80岁，发现左侧腋窝包块进行性增大伴左上肢疼痛1月。查体：左腋窝触及一肿物，大小约为5．0cm×4．0cm，质硬，边界部分清楚，活动性固定，皮肤酒窝征阴性,双侧乳房皮肤无红肿及皮温改变。
