摘要
[目的]筛选适合辣椒育苗的新型环保复合基质。[方法]利用蚯蚓粪配制不同体积比育苗复合基质,研究蚯蚓粪育苗复合基质对辣椒幼苗生长发育及生理特性的影响,[结果]用草炭∶蚯蚓粪∶蛭石∶珍珠岩按体积比4∶6∶1∶1组成的复合育苗基质不但基质营养全面,而且辣椒幼苗长势好、壮苗指数高,为辣椒专用育苗复合基质最佳配方。[结论]为提高辣椒育苗质量,节约草炭资源,实现工厂化育苗奠定基础。
[ Objective ] The aim was to select a new type of environmental protection composite substrate for pepper seedling. [ Method ] Using wormcast to prepare different volume ratio of seedling raising composite substrate, the effect of the compound substrate of wormcast on the growth and physiological characteristics of pepper seedling was studied. [ Result] The results showed that using peat: wormcast: vermiculite: perlite seedling compound matrix according to the volume ratio of 4: 6: 1:1 composition not only had nutrient comprehensive, but also pepper seedling grew well ,robust seedling index was high, and was the optimum formula of pepper seedling composite matrix. [ Conclusion ] The study laid a foundation for improving the quality of pepper seedling, saving the peat resources and realizing industrialized seedling.
