摘要
[目的]探讨菊叶香藜精油的最佳提取方式,初步研究精油对昆虫的活力抑制。[方法]利用水蒸气蒸馏的方法,对不同形式、不同部位及不同条件下菊叶香藜的精油进行提取,并用提取的精油设计不同的精油剂量梯度进行玉米象的活力抑制试验。[结果]不同形式、不同部位及不同条件下菊叶香藜的精油提取量均有较明显的差异。微波处理10 min、料液比1∶15时,回流4 h,菊叶香藜的精油量达最大值;菊叶香藜的花部位的精油含量最大,在4 h的回流时间下可以获得8.4 ml/kg的精油量;菊叶香藜精油对玉米象活力有一定抑制作用,且随精油浓度增加抑制程度增加。[结论]该研究为菊叶香藜精油向杀虫剂方面发展提供理论依据。
[Objective] The research aimed to explore the best extraction method of essential oil from Chenopodiumfoetidum,and preliminary study the inhibition of essential oil against the Insect Activity. [ Method]The essential oil from Chenopodiumfoetidum was extracted by using the method of steam distillation with different forms, different parts and different conditions. And the vitality inhibition test of Sitophilus zeamais was conducted by designing different dose gradient of essential oil from Chenopodiumfoetidum. [ Result] The essential oil extraction amount of Chenop- odium Foetidum had obvious differences under different forms,different parts and different conditions. When microwave treatment 10 win, solid - liquid ratio reach to 1 : 15, reflow 4 h, the essential oil amount of Chenopodiumfoetidum reached the maximum. The essential oil content of Chenopodiurnfoetidum flowers was the biggest ,under the 4 h reflux time could get the essential oil of 8.4 ml/kg. The Chenopodium foetidum essential oil had certain inhibitory effect on activity of Sitophilus zeamais, and the inhibition rate increase with the increase of content of essential oil. [ Conclusion ] The study provides the theoretical basis for the development of Chenopodium foetidum essential oil to pesticides.
