矿业废弃地迷迭香植物对重金属的积累及污染应激研究

摘要 通过分析重金属复合污染下欧洲地中海沿岸原产植物迷迭香体内非蛋白巯基化合物(植物螯合肽、谷胱甘肽、半胱氨酸等)和5种重金属含量的变化,初步探讨迷迭香中生物标志物的金属胁迫.结果表明,重金属污染下迷迭香中非蛋白巯基含量最高为叶部,茎、根部含量低于叶部15 ~ 50倍.污染区叶部巯基含量明显高于对照区(P<0.05);植物体内重金属铅、锌含量较高,其次为砷和镉,铜只在部分根部有检出.特定重金属与植物非蛋白巯基化合物之间存在正比关系,迷迭香对重金属具有积累能力和抗性. Through analyzing content changes of non-protein thiols compounds in Rosmarinus officinalis, the metal stress of biomarkers of study plant was discussed. Results showed that the maximum amount of thiols was detected in leaves of experimental plants, in stems and roots, the concentration was 15 to 50 times below than the concentration in leaves. The non-protein thiols compounds in experimental area plants were signif- icantly higher than the control area (P 〈 0.05 ). Heavy metal test results show that the concentrations of lead and zinc in plants have higher lev- els, followed by arsenic and cadmium, copper only is detected in the roots of two plants in the control area. The results showed that there is a positive relationship between the specific heavy metals and the non-protein thiols compounds. The plant Rosmarinus officinalis has the accumula- tion capacity and resistance for heavy metals.
