《铅、锌工业污染物排放标准》评估——以广西为例

Assessment of Emission Standard of Pollutants for Lead Smelting Industry in Guanxi

为了评估广西铅、锌工业污染物执行《铅锌工业污染物排放标准》(GB 25466-2010),通过收集2013年广西区国控污染源监督性监测数据,并对广西区典型的铅锌企业进行调查,研究了其废水和废气各项指标达标情况,并针对其不达标问题进行分析,提出管理对策和建议。结果表明,监督性企业的废水超标因子包括有pH、镉、铅、锌、砷;废气超标因子主要为硫酸雾。不达标的原因主要有生产工艺及污染物处理设施的相对落后,而且广西地区矿种为多金属矿种,伴生多种矿种,导致广西铅锌企业水污染物超标因子主要是重金属类元素。广西区应就地方铅、锌工业具体情况,制定更有针对性的地方标准。

To assess emission standard of pollutants for lead and zinc smelting industry in Guanxi, based on environmental monitoring data in 2013, analysis is focused on the existing environmental problems and management problems, and management strategies and suggestion are proposed. The results suggested, wastewater＇ s pH, cadmium （Cd）, lead（Pb） , zinc （Zn） , arsenic （As） exceeded standard for 12 facilities, exhaust gas＇ s sulfuric acid mist was the main exceeded factor for 9 facilities. Facilities＇ production technology and waste treatment technology caused substandard such heavy metals, what＇ s more, the metal minerals associating with a variety of minerals in Guangxi District. Therefore, Guangxi District shall place the specific situation of the lead and zinc industry, develop more targeted local standards.
