农村安全饮水工程现状、存在问题及对策研究——以岳阳市为例

Research on Rural Safety Drinking Water Project Situation,Problems and Countermeasures——A Case Study in Yueyang City

以岳阳市为例,探讨了当前农村安全饮水工程现状、存在问题并针对性提出对策和建议。认为需做好科学统筹规划减少饮水不安全人口、拓宽融资渠道、加强水源保护和水质净化等,同时要创新体制、搞好工程管理。

Taking Yueyang City as an example, the current situation, problems of rural safety drinking water project were discussed, and then corresponding countermeasures were put forward, including scientific and overall planning to reduce the unsafe drinking water population, broadening the financing source, strengthening the protection of water sources and water quality purification, at the same time making institutional innovation for better project management.
