摘要
探讨并分析用统计参数图(statistical parametric mapping,SPM)进行脑功能磁共振图像空间平滑处理的技术原理及其程序实现。采用医用磁共振机对正常人脑进行脑功能磁共振成像扫描,获得相关的脑功能图像。利用SPM软件对图像进行空间平滑处理,并分析其算法及程序实现,在此基础上对SPM算法进行改进并仿真。通过分析和改进算法,得到了更好的空间平滑效果,从而获得更高质量的脑功能磁共振图像,便于临床诊断。SPM软件包在脑功能磁共振图像处理与分析中有着重要应用,但仍需改进和提高。
To discuss and analyze the technical principle and program implementation which conducting spatial smooth process of brain function magnetic resonance image by statistical parametric mapping( SPM). An image scan of brain function magnetic resonance image of normal human brain was made by adopting medical magnetic resonance machine,the related brain functional image was gotten. On the basis of utilizing SPM software,a spatial smooth process on the image was made,its arithmetic and program implementation were analyzed,the algorithm were improved and simulated. Obtaining better spatial smoothing effect by analyzing and improving the algorithm,thereby a higher quality of brain function magnetic resonance image could be used for clinical diagnosis conveniently. SPM software package plays an important role in processing and analyzing the image of brain function magnetic resonance. However,there still exist some deficiencies to be enhanced and improved.
