铜磷钎料热拉拔过程加热工艺对钎料组织和塑性的影响 被引量:10

Effect of heating process on microstructure and plasticity of copper-phosphorus brazing filler metal during thermoplastic drawing process

摘要 研究了铜磷钎料的冷脆性、热塑性和热塑加工性在热拉拔过程中不同加热方式下的变化情况,重点分析比较了铜磷钎料的加热方式和温度调控方法与铜磷钎料加热电源的输出特性的关系.结果表明,相对稳定的钎料温度是高效拉拔的关键.在诸多加热方式中,直流高频开关电源具有钎料温度易调控、电能热能转换效率高、拉拔过程稳定的优点. The change of cold brittleness,thermoplasticity,and thermoplastic process ability of copper-phosphorus brazing filler metal during drawing process was investigated under different heating methods,and the relation between the heating method as well as the temperature control method for copperphosphorus brazing filler metal and the output characteristics of power supply was also studied in this paper. It is found that the relatively stable heating temperature was the key to efficient drawing. In many heating methods,DC high frequency switching power supply had several advantages,such as easy control of heating temperature,high conversion efficiency from electric energy to heat energy,and the stability of drawing process.
