Mechanism Design and Stability Analysis on Unilateral Opening of Natural Gas Market

文章首次提出单边开放天然气市场模型,分析了该市场机制的稳定性。基于机制设计理论分析供气企业最优的生产策略以及相应的利润分配方案,并通过算例仿真验证所提出机制的合理性。研究结果表明:与现行天然市场相比,单边开放天然气市场机制可以促进天然气市场的稳定供给,降低天然气价格,增加行业的供气收益。期望该研究工作能为天然气市场化改革实践提供理论依据。

The paper first proposes an unilateral opening model of natural gas market, and analyzes the stability of the mar- ket mechanism. The paper also studies the optimal production strategy and their corresponding profit distribution scheme of gas supply enterprises according to mechanism design theory., and verifies the rationality of the proposed mechanism by nu- merical simulation. The results show that the mechanism of the unilateral opening of natural gas market, compared with the existing natural gas market, can promote the staple supply of natural gas market, reduce price and inerease industry reve- nue. The paper aims at this study can serve as a theoretical basis for the reform and practice of natural gas market.
