丁丙诺啡透皮贴剂辅助镇痛在全髋关节置换术后早期康复锻炼中的疗效

Efficacy of adjuvant analgesia with buprenorphine transdermal patch in early rehabilitation after total hip replacement

目的探讨使用丁丙诺啡透皮贴剂辅助镇痛在全髋关节置换(THR)术后早期康复锻炼中的临床疗效。方法 51例THR患者随机分为丁丙诺啡透皮贴剂辅助镇痛组(A组,25例)和对照组(B组,26例),比较两组术后镇痛效果和关节功能相关指标。结果术后A组VAS疼痛评分低于B组,关节活动度、直腿抬高能力和髋关节功能评分的改善均优于B组(P<0.01或P<0.05);两组并发症发生率相仿(P>0.05)。结论 THR术后使用丁丙诺啡透皮贴剂辅助镇痛能有效减少术后早期康复锻炼时的疼痛,保证术后康复计划的顺利进行。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of adjuvant analgesia with buprenorphine transdermal patch in the early rehabilitation after total hip replacement （THR） . Methods A total of 51 patients underwent THR was randomly divided into two groups of A （treated with buprenorphine transdermal patch ,25 cases） and B（blank control ,26 cases） .Postopera-tive VAS pain score and joint function-related indicators were compared between two groups .Results Postoperative VAS pain scores were lower in group A than those in group B（P〈0 .01 or P〈0 .05） . The improvments in the range of motion ,straight-leg raising ability and Harris hip score were all significantly more in group A than those in group B （ P〈0 .01 or P〈0 .05 ） ,while incidence of complications in two groups was similar（P〉0 .05） .Conclusion Use of buprenorphine transdermal patch can effectively alleviate pain in the early rehabilitation and assure the outcomes of rehabilitation exercise in the patients after THR .
