复合材料螺栓连接载荷分配的数值模拟 被引量:1

摘要 航空结构中复合材料多钉螺栓连接中存在载荷分配不均匀现象.为衡量载荷的不均匀程度,定义了载荷不均匀度的概念.基于ABAQUS 6.10采用三维有限元数值模拟技术建立了复合材料单列4排单搭接三维有限元模型,有限元模拟计算结果与试验结果一致.基于载荷不均匀度,使用三维有限元模型分析了几何参数、板间摩擦和预紧力对载荷分配的影响,结果表明载荷不均匀度有助于定量化研究载荷分配问题和找到均匀化策略. Unevenness of load distribution exists in composite muti-bolt joints in aerial structures.The notion of load unevenness is defined in order to measure the degree of the unevenness in load distribution.Three-dimension finite models of single-lap,4-bolt composite joints are built with ABAQUS 6.10,and the simulation results agree to the experiment results.Based on load unevenness,the impact of geometric parameters,friction and preload on load distribution are analyzed.The results show that the load unevenness is beneficial to the study of the problem of load distribution quantificationally,which focuses on figuring out the equalization of bolt load.
