摘要
通过理论分析,对组合机床液压系统进行优化改进,设计了从工件定位、夹紧、加工的整套液压自动控制回路.针对优化后的回路进行实验仿真,结果显示,不仅工件加工的自动化程度得到了大大提高,而且工作台的平稳性、设备节能等方面也得到了改善.
The hydraulic system of modular machine tool was optimized through theoretical analysis,and a complete set of automatic hydraulic control circuit was designed,including the workpiece positioning,clamping and processing.In view of the optimized circuit through the experimental simulation,the results showed that not only the degree of automation in workpiece processing was greatly impoved,but also the workbench's stability and energy saving of the equipment showed a better performance.
