摘要
筛选对梨小食心虫卵具有高效触杀作用的药剂,旨在为该虫卵期的科学防治提供依据。采用浸渍法测定三唑磷、辛硫磷、哒螨啉、噻嗪酮、灭多威、除虫脲、丙溴磷、氟铃脲、仲丁威、丁醚脲10种药剂对梨小食心虫卵的室内触杀效果。结果表明,25%丁醚脲EC、20%氟铃脲WDG、20%哒螨灵wP和25%噻嗪酮SC的各稀释倍液的校正死亡率均低于0.1%,对梨小食心虫卵基本没有触杀效果;90%灭多威wP500倍液对梨小食心虫卵的触杀效果最高(死亡率99.33%),其次为100g/L丙溴磷乳油2000倍液处理(死亡率97.67%);40%辛硫磷EC500和1000倍液、100g/L丙溴磷EC2500倍液、90%灭多威WP1000倍液的触杀效果均高于80%。综合考虑,建议使用90%灭多威WP的500~1000倍液、40%辛硫磷EC500~1000倍液或50%仲丁威EC500倍液进行梨小食心虫的卵期防治。
The experiment was conducted to select icity to eggs of the oriental fruit moth,Grapholita reference for the forecast and control of G. molesta pesticide which has the best indoor contacting toxmolesta (Busck),it aimed at providing theoretical eggs. Contacting toxicities of triazopho EC,phoxim EC, pyridaben WP, buprofezin SC, methomyl WP, diflubenzuron SC, profenofos EC, hexaflumuron WDG,fenobucarb EC,diafenthiuron EC for the eggs were measured by indoor impregnation method. The results indicated that mortalities of the diluent of 25%diafenthiuron EC, 25% hexaflumuron WDG,20700 pyridaben WP,25% buprofezin SC were all under 0.1% in 10 pesticides, so these pesticides had no such effect;the diluent of 90% methomyl WP by 500 times had the best contact toxicity to the eggs,the mortality was 99.33% ,followed the diluent of 100 g/L profenofos EC by 2 000 times, it was 97.67%,the contact toxicities of the diluent of 40% phoxim EC by 500 times and 1 000 times, 100 g/L profenofos EC by 2 500 times and 90% methomyl WP by 1 000 times were above 80%. At last, the diluent of 90% methomyl WP by 500-1 000 times, 40% phoxim EC by 500-1 000 times or 50% fenobucarb EC by 500 times could be popularized to contact toxicity Grapholita molesta eggs in agricultural production .
