Dynamic simulation and industrial application of vinyl chloride distillation process based on Aspen Dynamics

摘要 为了找出氯乙烯精馏过程中某个操作参数发生扰动时对其它操作参数的影响,利用Aspen Dynamics软件针对某工厂PVC生产装置实例,建立了氯乙烯精馏过程的动态模拟流程,以该流程为基础进行动态模拟与分析:先是对比了动态模拟的初始化结果与稳态模拟结果,表明动态模拟的计算精度可以满足工程计算需要;然后分析了精馏系统的进料量、进料组成等操作参数发生扰动时,对低沸塔的塔顶、塔底采出量及其组成的影响,以及对高沸塔的塔顶、塔底采出量及其组成的影响,获得了这些干扰引起的动态响应曲线,有利于进一步优化低沸塔和高沸塔的控制方案,从而指导工业生产。 A dynamical simulation flowsheet is established for vinyl chloride distillation process based on the Aspen Dynamics soRware, and the establishment method is illustrated in detail in the paper, in which the column used to remove high-boiling components (T2) is showed how to add the dynamical controllers. The results of the steady state and the initialization are compared, which shows the accuracy of the dynamical simulation by Aspen Dynamics could meet the need of industrial application. The feed rate and composition are chosen to be disturbed at the point 7 h of simulation time, the corresponding dynamical curves of the operational parameters for T1 (the column used to remove the low-boiling components) and T2 are obtained. The method described in the paper is useful to optimize the control system of the distillation process, and can be beneficial to guide the operations of industrial production of VCM.
