摘要
采用炒制与酸浸相结合的办法来提高磷石膏的白度,并通过Origin软件的曲线拟合技术对实验数据进行拟合,得到磷石膏在炒制加热期间温度与磷石膏白度的关系曲线和方程表达式,并分析了实验结果变化的原因,进而为炒制温度的确定提供了一种解决方法。结果表明在固定的炒制过程中,炒制温度与白度呈非线性关系,控制炒制温度能够获得不同白度的建筑磷石膏粉,同时对提高磷石膏白度的相关问题,进行了讨论和分析。
Use the method of parching procedure and acid leaching to improve the phosphogypsum whiteness, and take advantage of the curve fitting technique of the Origin software to fitting the experimental data. Than, get the related curves and equation expression of the parching procedure and phosphogypsum whiteness during the heating process. And analyzed the reason of variation curve that determined the temperature of arching procedure. The results showed that in the fixed parching procedure, the parching temperature and whiteness is non-linear relationship. What is more, controlled parching procedure temperature can get different degree of whiteness phosphogypsum. At the same time, to improve the related problem ofphosphogypsum whiteness, are discussed and analyzed.
