长寿命电烙铁头用CuFe合金研制

摘要 研究了Cu Fe(40)合金的制造工艺,并对Cu Fe(40)合金的铸态组织和锻造后的组织进行了研究,测定了不同程度的冷锻变形后Cu Fe(40)合金的显微硬度变化,最后对Cu Fe合金烙铁头的耐腐蚀性能和使用寿命进行了测试研究。结果表明:Cu Fe(40)合金铸锭由富Cu相和富Fe相组成,锻造变形后组织中晶粒未见明显拉长,但铸造缺陷减少;随着冷锻变形的进行,Cu Fe合金的显微硬度先迅速提高,随后缓慢增长;Cu Fe合金烙铁头具有良好的耐腐蚀性能,其使用寿命比传统铜烙铁头高2~5倍。 Manufacturing technology, as-cast microstructure and forged microstructure of CuFe(40) alloy are studied. Micro-hardness of CuFe(40) alloy after cold forging with different deformation ratio are tested. Corrosion resistance and service life of copper-iron alloy soldering iron are studied. The results show that CuFe(40) alloy is composed by Cu-rich phase and Fe-rich phase, its forging defect decrease and grains are elongated lightly after forging and deformation; micro-hardness of CuFe(40) alloy firstly increases sharply and then increases slowly in cold forging; the copper-iron alloy soldering iron has excellent corrosion resistance and its service life is 2-5 times longer that copper soldering iron.
