装配式混凝土墙抗震性能试验研究 被引量:27

Experimental study on seismic behavior of precast concrete walls

摘要 通过对6个1/2比例的装配式混凝土墙体试件进行竖向及水平荷载共同作用下的拟静力试验,分别研究不同布筋方式(均布、田字形、井字形)、竖向连接方式(焊接连接和座浆连接)、水平连接方式(马牙槎、T形槽和粗糙面)等关键参数对墙体抗震性能的影响,对比分析不同类型墙体的破坏特征及抗震性能指标。研究结果表明:因墙体底部竖向连接方式不同,仅纯座浆连接试件表现为弯曲破坏,焊接连接试件均发生弯剪破坏;井字形配筋墙体较其他类型配筋墙体,裂缝分布更均匀,滞回曲线更饱满,承载力、刚度略高,延性较好;预埋焊板不仅能有效传递钢筋竖向应力,同时使预埋焊板焊接墙体的抗剪切性能优于座浆连接墙体;现浇竖向边缘构件与预制墙板的水平连接整体性良好,马牙槎水平连接性能优于其他方式的水平连接。 A new precast concrete wall was studied through quasi-static tests of six blocks of 1 /2 scale wall under the combination of vertical and horizontal loading. The influences of key parameters,including the different reinforcements( uniform reinforcement,-shaped and-shaped reinforcement),vertical connection( welding and slurry sitting),horizontal connection( dovetail joint,T type slot and rough surface) on the seismic behavior of wall were investigated.Comparison analysis of failure characteristics and seismic performance index of the different types wall was also conducted. The experimental results show that because of the difference of wall bottom vertical connecting,only wall of slurry sitting shows bending failure,while walls of welding fail in bending and shear; comparing with other types of reinforced wall,walls of-shaped reinforcement show better performance in crack distributions,hysteretic loops,carrying capacity,stiffness and ductility; welded steel plate can transfer stress effectively and is better than seating slurry; cast-in-place boundary element has good connection with walls,the dovetail joint is better than other horizontal connection details.
