摘要
以某果汁机注塑件大身的注射模为研究对象,该注射模结构复杂,有前模滑块、后模滑块、斜顶等各种抽芯机构。通过分析果汁机大身注射模的结构和工作原理,总结了前模滑块机构的设计要点和结构型式,对设计前模滑块机构具有参考价值。
In this article, the structure and working principle of an injection mold of blender＇s body were analyzed. The mold＇s structure was very complex. It has a slide on the stationary mold, a slide on the movable mould, and lifter etc. The main points of design were summarized.
