行政检察工作的现状与发展

The Current Situation and Developments of Administrative Procuratorial Work

党的十八届四中全会提出的重大改革部署和修改后行政诉讼法的颁布实施对行政检察工作提出了新的要求。本文以近三年来全国行政检察案件统计报表和高检院民行厅掌握的各省工作情况为依据,分析了全国行政检察工作的办案数量,总结了各地行政检察监督工作经验,梳理了在实践工作中遇到的问题和原因,并提出了下一步的工作建议,以期构建完善包含行政诉讼监督和行政违法行为监督的行政检察监督体系。

The important reform plans made by the fourth plenum of the eighteenth CPC Central Committee and the implementation of the modified Administrative Procedural Law set new demands on administrative procuratorial work. Basing on the statistical reports of administrative procuratorial work in recent three years and the work situation in each province grasped by Civil and Administrative Cases Procuratorial Department of Supreme People's Procuratorate,this article analyzes the administrative procuratorial cases,difficulties and reasons in practical work,summary work experience,and further propose the next step work suggestions,in order to construct and improve administrative procuratorial system consisting of administrative litigation supervision and administrative illegal act supervision.
