657例用DDS治愈的多菌型麻风又用一年的联合化疗(RFP、B663各1200mg每月监服,DDS100mg每日自服),以期降低复发率。治疗规则,完成疗程的620例(94.27％),然后监测5年以上的已有548例(83.4％),未发现一例复发.
To reduce the relapse of leprosy, 657 MB leprosy pa tients cured with DDS alone have accepted MDT for a year, including RFP and B663 each 1200mg monthly su. pervised and DDS 100mg daily by patients, of which 620 cases (94. 27%) have regularly finished the courese and 548 (83.4%) were followed up to more than five years without relapse.
