摘要
在高职公共英语教学中,加强英语文化教学,有利于学习者正确使用英语,提高英语交际能力。英语文化教学需要结合知识传授法和过程教学法,才能对提高学生的跨文化交际能力起到更大的作用。应该将语言教学与文化教学有机结合,教师与学生共同探讨文化的动态发展,注重学生对本族文化与他国文化的对比与反思,同时以学生为中心,引导学生进行自主学习,多种文化学习方式并存。
Reinforcing cultural teaching during the process of college English teaching is good for English learners to use English correctly and improve their communication ability. English cultural teaching should combine approaches to knowledge- based and process based instruction, which can contribute more to the improvement of students' intercultural competence. It is suggested that language teaching and cultural teaching should be combined and teachers and students should explore the dynamic development of culture together. Great attention must be paid to help students with comparison and reflection of native culture and foreign culture. Meanwhile, students should be the subject of teaching and be guided to learn actively. Also the diversity of cultural learning ways is encouraged to exist together.
