高职院校的传统教育培养人才大多数是重理论而轻实践,没有进行综合素质教育,很难适应当前社会的高速发展。校企合作是高职院校职业教育改革的新起点,是一种"双赢"模式,这种模式下的学生思想政治教育是一种新的专业教育特色,也是一种新的挑战,针对校企合作中学生思想政治教育出现的问题,积极探索做好学生思想政治教育工作的对策,为学生管理工作提供理论基础。

The traditional education of higher vocational colleges pays more attention to the theory than practice, there is no comprehensive quality education, which is difficult to adapt to the rapid development of the current society. School enterprise cooperation is a new starting point for the reform of vocational education in higher vocational colleges, is a ＂win-win＂ mode. Ideological and political education of college students in this mode is a new characteristic of professional education, is also a kind of new challenges, aiming at the problems of students ideological and political education in school enterprise cooperation, and this article actively explores good countermeasures for the work of students＇ Ideological and political education, providing a theoretical basis for the management of students.
