高职院校基层服务型党组织具有服务对象特殊性、服务任务明确性、服务范围广泛性、服务内容职业性、服务机制科学性、服务标准唯一性、服务载体多样性等特色。高职院校要结合自身特色,采取加强理论学习、创新工作思路、加强队伍建设、加强制度建设、落实从严治党等有效措施,扎实开展基层服务型党组织建设工作。

Service-oriented party at grass roots level in higher vocational colleges has features of service object specificity, clarity of mission service, extensive range of service, occupational service, scientific servi ce mechanism, sole service standards, and service carrier diversity. Combined with their own characteristics, colleges should strengthen theory learning, innovate ideas, strengthen team building and system building, implement running the party strictly and carry out the work of building a service-oriented party at grass roots level.
