Based on the origin, development and connotation of career guidance, this article combined with the new situation and new problems of the current employment of university students, discusses the role and importance of career guidance in promoting the employment of college students, hoping the analysis can provide some reference and experience for understanding the role and importance of career guidance in current college students employment.
