国务院召开了全国青少年校园足球工作电视电话会议,以教育部牵头开始发展校园足球,要组织开展四级校园联赛,足球被教育部纳入各级学校体育课必修内容,校园足球将成为学校教育的重要任务。足球进校园将会成为校园体育文化建设的一种具体形式和缩影,承载了体育文化影响青少年人文养成的辅助功能,也是体育文化影响青少年人文精神的证明。
