The port of Huanghua is an important port in southeast Hebei province. It is located in the Bohai Bay a nd borders Beijing and Tianjin. Thanks to its favorable geographic location, it is the most convenient and the mo st economical outlet. The hinterland is broad. The paper analyzes the problems existed in the radiation effect of Huanghua port on its hinterland. Based on this, the paper proposes several related countermeasures.
