武汉大学高等研究院建设运行模式研究——以国内外高等研究院现状分析为基础

从世界大学发展史来看,大学的最原始功能即科学研究和学术创造。纵观世界一流大学和我国高水平大学,已有相当比例建立了以科学研究和学术创造为主要功能的类似高等研究院的科研机构。本文通过分析国外具有代表性的高等研究院建设模式,以及国内高等研究院建设运行中面临的问题,以武汉大学为例,提出了高等研究院的建设理念、职能定位、组织架构及运行模式,为国内高校建设高等研究院提供有益参考。

From the development history of universities on the world, the university＇s original function is scien- tific research and academic creation. Looking at the world class universities and high level universities in our coun- try, there are a lot of scientific research institutions similar to the Institute for Advanced Study. According to the analysis of the construction mode of some representative foreign Institutes for Advanced Study and the problems in the construction and operation of domestic Institutes for Advanced Study, this paper proposes the construction idea, function orientation, organization structure and operation mode of Institute for Advanced Study of Wuhan University, which provides a useful reference for the construction of Institute for Advanced Study of domestic universities.
