独立学院辅导员应对突发事件时应坚持的原则

近年来,独立学院突发事件的出现频率呈加快趋势,引起了社会的广泛关注。由于办学体制的特殊性,使得发生在独立学院的突发事件具有与其它高校突发事件显著不同的特点。独立学院辅导员长期处于学生工作的第一线,是维护校园安全和稳定的骨干力量。本文在分析独立学院突发事件特点的基础上,探讨了独立学院辅导员在应对和处置校园突发事件时应当注意坚持的几个原则。
