利益相关者视角下高校高水平运动队发展研究

采用文献资料、专家访谈等研究方法,以高校高水平运动队为研究对象。研究认为高校高水平运动队的发展应充分考量各利益相关者的利益,理顺相互之间关系,从而提升我国高校高水平运动队水平。

Using the method of literature, expert interviews ,etc, the high level sports teams in Colleges as the research object. The research thinks that the development of the high level sports teams in Colleges should take full account of the interests of the stakeholders and rationalize the relationship among them, so as to improve the level of the high level sports teams in Colleges.
