摘要
从教学内容设计、教学过程设计以及课程考试方法的设计等几个角度对我校营销策划教学现状进行总结。分析我校营销策划课程教学中存在的问题:教学内容与实际工作脱节、教学方法单一、策划项目选择随意且忽视了单元性策划、考核方法不科学。提出完善对策:与医药企业交流,设计课程能力目标;以典型工作任务分析为基础,设计课程内容;以课程内容为基础设计能力训练项目;从"能力本位"出发,进一步改革课程考核方式。
A summary of current situation of marketing planning teaching in our school from teaching content plan and teaching process design and the design of the examination method. The existing problems of Marketing planning course teaching in our college: the disconnection between teaching contents and practice; teaching method is unitary; haphazard selection of Planning project; The evaluation method is not scientific, and puts forward some sug- gestions: Communicate with pharmaceutical companies, then tO design course goal; based on work process,then design course content's; based on course contents to design ability training project; Aim at improving the planning ability to reform course examination way.
