基于高职“2+1”人才培养模式的实践教学研究

当前我国高等职业教育蓬勃发展,高等职业教育的人才培养模式至关重要,决定着高等职业教育的成败。"2+1"人才培养模式已经成为高职人才培养模式发展的潮流,许多高职院校的不同专业正在实施"2+1"人才培养模式,突出实践教学环节,提高学生动手能力。本文结合实际阐述高职"2+1"人才培养模式的优势和弊端,并提出相应的对策和建议。
