摘要
城市轨道交通实训基地的建设,因其专业新、耗资大的特点,只有学校与企业的全程参与才能更好的体现实训基地的社会价值,"双主体"共建模式即是将学校和企业的教学资源进行整合,利用各自资源优势,共同组建实训基地,并在此基础上,探索校企"共管、共用",形成共享的管理机制,为城市轨道交通技能型人才培养提供保障。
The construction of Urban Rail Transit's Training Base has the feature of new profession and vast cost. Hence training base's social value can only be shown perfectly with the fully involving of both School and Enterprise. "Double Subjects" co-construction mode means to integrate teaching sources of both school and enterprise, make full use of respective advantage, and construct Training Base together. On the basis of this, it explores a method for "Co- management and common use" of School & Enterprise and shape a sharing management mechanism in order to pro- vide guarantee for skilled talent cultivation of Urban Rail Transit.
