产业链视角下福建省制造业竞争力实证研究

An Empirical Study on the International Competitiveness of Manufacturing Industry in Fujian From the Perspective of Industry Chain

对福建省制造业现状与产业链特征进行探讨,认为福建省制造业初具规模,产业效益明显,但是长远发展前景堪忧。采用7项指标,用SPSS(统计产品与服务解决方案)软件进行因子分析;同时采用主成分分析法对制造业28个部门的综合竞争能力进行判断和分析。认为制造业发展过程中存在部分产业市场竞争力不强的问题。提出政府应发挥产业链的优势,提升制造业内部价值创造;加大科技投入,建立多层次制造业平台以提升其整体素质;支持传统制造业发展,加强人才培养,促进传统产业结构优化等对策。

The investigations into the actualities of manufacturing industry and the characteristics of industrial chain in Fujian Province showed that its manufacturing industry has taken shape, the economic benefits have increased significantly, but the long - term industry prospects look worryingly poor. In an attempt to decide and analyze the general competitiveness of Fujian manufacturing industry, seven indexes were extracted from the data of 28 divisions with the principal components analysis in SPSS. The results showed that some industries are weak in the general competitiveness. This study suggests several tactics to the government： taking advantage of the industrial chain to strengthen the internal value of the manufacturing industry, increasing technological investment and establishing a multi -level and multi -channel industrial platform to enhance the overall industrial quality, supporting the development of traditional industries and step up personnel training to optimize and upgrade the industrial structure of the traditional industries.
