摘要
以黎明职业大学人事代理人员为调查对象,采用问卷调查和个别访谈的方法,探讨高职院校人事代理制度的现状及问题。调查发现,在岗人事代理人员对工作的满意度较低,大多数处于归属感缺失的状态,并导致职业规划危机,尤其对比自身与在编人员的薪酬待遇差距则是造成人事代理人员不满的主要根源。提出人事代理制度发展对策,为公办高职院校在实施、改革和完善人事代理制度提供参考。
Taking the personnel agency staff in Liming Vocational University as the inverstigation subject, this paper applies both the questionnaire survey and individual interview methods to discuss the current situation and problems of personnel agency institution in vocational colleges. The survey finds that on-job personnel agency staff show low satisfaction with the job and most of them lack sense of belonging. Moreover, it is the compensation and benefits, especiallly the perceived gap between those of permanent staff and them, which constitute the root source for these problems. To deal with it, this paper proposes several development strategies as reference for the publicly-owned vocational colleges to conduct, reform and improve personnel agency institution.
