青环海蛇抗菌肽改造体凝胶剂有效成分的含量测定 被引量:1

摘要 目的建立抗菌肽HC-17凝胶剂有效成分的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定有效成分的含量,以乙腈:0.1%三氟乙酸为流动相进行梯度洗脱,洗脱条件0~25min(23∶77-48∶52),流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长220nm,柱温35℃。结果凝胶剂的有效成分抗菌肽HC-17在0.20~1.40mg·mL-1浓度范围内线性关系良好(R=0.9995),平均加样回收率为101.47%,RSD=1.35%。结论建立的方法准确、稳定、重现性好,可用于抗菌肽HC-17凝胶剂有效成分的定量分析。 Objective Content determination method was established to investigate the effective constitu- ent in antimicrobial peptide HC-17 Gels. Methods The content of active principle in antimicrobial pep- tide HC-17 was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), the mobile phase was aeetonitrile-0.1G trifluoroaeetic acid with the flow rate of 1.0 mL min-1 , the detection wavelength was 220 nm, and the column temperature was set at 35℃. Results The linear range of antibacterial peptide HC - 17 was 0. 20~1.40 mg · mL-l(r=0. 9995) with an average recovery of 101.47%, RSD was 1. 35%. Conclusion The method was accurate, stable, reproducible and could be used for the quantify a- nalysis of active principle in antimicrobial peptide HC-17 gels.
