微波消解-原子荧光光谱法测定苏合香丸及其药用组分中的可溶性汞 被引量:2

摘要 目的建立微波消解-原子荧光光谱法测定苏合香丸(苏合香、朱砂、檀香、木香、乳香等)及其药用组分中的可溶性汞,并进行安全性评价。方法微波消解-原子荧光光度法检测可溶性汞的含有量;光电倍增管负压为260 V;原子化器温度为200℃;灯电流为15 m A;还原剂为0.5%氢氧化钠和0.75%硼氢化钾;载流为3%硝酸。结果可溶性汞在1.0~10.0μg/L范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8),检出限为0.017 1μg/L,平均回收率(n=9)为96.5%,RSD为1.8%。结论苏合香丸的最大含汞量为16.63μg/丸,即使一日服用2丸,体内蓄积的汞含有量仍符合WHO的汞限量标准(42μg),安全性较高。 AIM To determine soluble mercury in Suhexiang Pills( Styrax,Cinnabar,Santali albi lignum,Auck landiae Radix,Olibanum,etc.) and their medicinal constituents by atomic fluorescence spectroscopy and evaluate its safety. METHODS Microwave digestion-atomic fluorescence spectrometry was used to detect the contents of soluble mercury in Suhexiang Pills and their medicinal constituents,photomultiplier vacuum was 260 V,atomizer temperature was 200 ℃,channel lamp current was 15 m A,reductant was 0. 75% sodium hydroxide and0. 5% potassium borohydride,and carrier was 3% nitric acid. RESULTS The linearity of soluble mercury was in the range of 1. 0- 10. 0 μg / L( r〉0. 999 8) with the detection limit of 0. 017 1 μg / L,average recovery( n = 9)was 96. 5% with RSD of 1. 8%. CONCLUSION The maximum content of soluble mercury is 16. 63 μg / pill,which is still in agreement with WHO limit standard( 42 μg) even if we take two Suhexiang Pills a day. That is to say,this medicine has relatively high safety.
