微波消解-ICP-MS法测定3种中药饮片及配方颗粒中的重金属及其转移率 被引量:12

摘要 目的建立微波消解-ICP-MS法测定丹参、金银花、黄芪饮片及配方颗粒中镉(Cd)、铜(Cu)、砷(As)、铅(Pb)、汞(Hg)的含有量及其转移率。方法微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)进行测定;射频功率1.55 k W;采样深度8 mm;等离子气体积流量15.0 L/min;载气体积流量0.86 L/min;雾化室温度2℃;碰撞模式下氦气体积流量4.5 m L/min。结果 3种饮片中5种重金属的含有量均符合《中国药典》2010年版规定,在配方颗粒中的转移率在0%~26.831 4%之间,其中Pb的转移率为0%。结论一些中药饮片和配方颗粒在制备过程中降低了重金属的含有量,可保证用药的安全性。 AIM To establish a method for determining the contents and transfer rates of cadmium( Cd),copper( Cu),arsenic( As),lead( Pb) and mercury( Hg) in Salvia miltiorrhiza,Lonicerae Flos,Astragali Radix decoction pieces and dispensing granules by microwave digestion-ICP-MS. METHODS Microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry( ICP-MS) was used,radio-frequency power was 1. 55 k W,sample depth was 8 mm,plasma gas flow rate was 15. 0 L / min,carrier gas flow rate was 0. 86 L / min,spray chamber temperature was 2 ℃,and He flow rate was 4. 5 m L / min under collision mode. RESULTS The contents of five heavy metals in three decoction pieces were all consistent with 2010 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Their transfer rates in dispensing granules fell in the ranges of 0%- 26. 831 4%,and the transfer rate of Pb was 0%. CONCLUSION During the preparation process of some traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces and dispensing granules,the contents of heavy metals can be reduced,which guarantees medication safety.
