大容量肺灌洗术的临床应用及研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 大容量肺灌洗术是在全身麻醉双腔气管插管下对双肺进行灌洗,以清除吸入肺内的粉尘、气道分泌物、炎症细胞、细胞因子等。近年来已广泛用于治疗尘肺和肺泡蛋白沉积症,并开始试用于治疗吸入性肺炎等其他一些呼吸系统疾病,可减轻患者的症状,改善患者的生活质量,延缓疾病进展。本文综述了大容量肺灌洗的临床应用及研究进展。 Whole lung lavage means the lung is lavaged by separating the left and right lung with a double lumen tube intubation under the general anesthe, in order to remove dust in the lungs, airway secretions,inflammatory cells, cytokines and so on. In recent years, whole lung lavage has been widely used in the treatment of pneumoconiosis and pulmonary alveolar proteinosis,and began to try for the treatment of some aspiration pneumonia and other respiratory diseases. It can alleviate the symptoms of the patients, improve the quality of life, delay the progression of disease. This paper reviews clinical research progress of whole lung lavage.
