每逢金风送爽,菊花盛开之时,便是大闸蟹上市的旺季。唐代诗人李白曾赞道:“蟹螯即金液,糟丘是蓬莱。且须饮美酒,乘月醉高台”,饕客们翘盼一年,当然不会错过这个大快朵颐的好时机。而选蟹也有讲究,俗语说:“秋风起,蟹脚痒,九月圆脐十月尖。”九月的雌蟹黄满肉厚,值得下手;而十月则要吃雄蟹,此时雄蟹蟹脐呈尖形,膏足肉坚。
