摘要 随着数字图像处理技术的突飞猛进和可移动X线成像设备的普及化,在缺少医护人员的环境下对骨折病患进行快速准确的自动诊断和及时救治已经成为可能。通过总结数字图像处理和分析技术在X线骨折自动诊断中的应用,探讨了该技术的前景以及重要性。在骨折数字化X线自动诊断的实践中,医学图像处理、特征提取和分类是必不可少的三个环节。对于这三个关键环节所使用的核心技术进行了综述,基于多种计算机图像处理、特征提取和数据挖掘技术的比较,总结了在X线骨折自动诊断中能够起到关键作用的算法,凸显了数据处理的基本框架和流程,提出了评估系统性能的决定性因素。最后对该技术在医疗领域的应用前景以及面临的考验进行了展望。 In this paper, an overview of the state-of-the-art medical image processing and analysis techniques, mainly focusing on analysis and comparison of the existing computer assisted bone fracture diagnosis techniques using X-ray images, is presented. In addition, a vision for applying the existing computer assisted diagnostic techniques in the medical field is given.
