孔子的一生,与羊有着不解之缘。他成人后踏入社会所从事的第一项正式工作,就是在鲁国的权臣季氏家中做委吏和乘田。所谓委吏,就是负责仓库物品进出的管理员。别看孔子人高马大,但是头脑却不简单,加之态度认真,所以尽管仓库零七碎八的物品进出很是频繁,他的账目始终都是一笔一笔记得清清楚楚,并且没有一分一毫的差错。
