摘要
采用超声波振荡法,从石榴皮中提取植物染料,并以铝作媒染剂,对真丝织物进行预媒染染色。通过正交试验得到优化提取工艺为:料液比1∶25,p H值8,提取温度60℃,提取时间20 min。优化的染色工艺为:浴比1∶40,p H值5,温度80℃,时间70 min。染色真丝织物具有较好的皂洗牢度和耐摩擦牢度,对金黄葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌有一定的抑制效果,上染真丝织物的多酚含量约为8.61 mg/g。
Natural dye is extracted from pomegranate peel assisted by ultrasonic agitation, and then is ap- plied to silk pre-mordant dyeing with AI3+ as a mordant. The extraction process is optimized through orthogonal experiments as follows: solid-liquid ratio 1 : 25, pH value 8, extracting at 60 ℃ for 25 min. The optimal pre-mordant dyeing process is bath ratio 1 : 40, pH value 5, dyeing at 80 ℃ for 70 min. The silk dyeings show satisfactory fastness to soaping and rubbing, good inhibition of escherichia coil and staphylococcus aureus. The polyphenol fixed onto the Silk fabric is about 8.61 mg/g.
