摘要
选用Pb-Ag/Ag Cl电极为染色电极,对活性黑KN-G2RC进行电化学低盐染色。通过测定染色织物的K/S值、干/湿摩擦牢度和皂洗牢度,优化了染色工艺:Na Cl/KCl(质量比1∶1)19 g/L,电压7 V,30℃染色30 min,60℃固色40 min。与传统染色棉织物相比,电化学染色织物的K/S值、干/湿摩擦牢度和皂洗牢度相当。
Low salt electrochemical dyeing with Reactive Black KN-G2RC is carried out with Pt-Ag/AgCI electrode. K/S value, dry/wet rubbing fastness and soaping fastness of the dyed cotton fabrics are studied. The optimum dyeing process is: NaCI/KCI (mass ratio 1 : 1) 19 g/L, voltage 7 V, dyeing at 30 ℃ for 30 rain, fixing at 60 ℃ for 40 min. The K/S value, dry/wet rubbing fastness and soaping fastness of elec- trochemical dyed fabric are equivalent to those of traditional dyed cotton fabrics.
