摘要
分析了商品名为"铜离子纤维"的材料的理化性能特征。以此为基础,提出了含有铜离子纤维组分的混纺织物纤维含量定性定量检测方法,即先采用显微镜观察纤维形态,再滴加硝酸判断纤维的溶胀性,最后采用燃烧法或红外光谱法确认。同时,提供了一种铜离子纤维/再生纤维素纤维混纺织物纤维含量定性定量检测实例。
The physical and chemical characteristics of a material commercially called "copper ions fiber" are analyzed. The qualitative and quantitative analysis methods of blended fibers containing the copper ions fiber are summarized. That is, firstly observing the fiber morphology with a microscope, then dropping nitrate to test the fiber swelling, and finally confirming the fiber components with combustion process or infrared spectroscopy. The examples for qualitative and quantitative detection of fiber content of the copper ions fiber/regenerated cellulose fiber blends are provided.
