农业转移人口教育培训效益研究

A Study of the Benefits of Educational Training for the Rural People Who Have Moved to Cities

农业转移人口是党的《十八大报告》中对农民工的科学称呼。现阶段,农业转移人口已成为我国第二、第三产业从业人员的主力军。我们要转变经济增长方式,就必须加强对农业转移人口的教育培训。这样,不仅会产生很大的经济效益,同时也会产生良好的社会效益。农业转移人口和其从业的企业,是农业转移人口教育培训的两个主要受益主体,只有他们积极地配合、参与,该类培训才能顺利推进。目前,我国在该类培训方面已取得一定成效,但还须加强。

The rural people who have moved to cities, the new name for the migrant workers giv- en by the 18th CPC National Congress, have become the main force in the secondary and tertiary in- dustriesof our country. It is necessary to offer educational training to these people in order to trans- form the means of economic growth, which will not only bring huge economic benefits but also satis- factory social effects to the society. These rural people and the enterprises they work for are two ma- jor beneficiariesof the educational training and only with their cooperation with and participation in the program will the training be pushed ahead. Some progress has been made in this kind of training in China so far, yet there is still room for further reinforcement in the future.
