超高压交联电缆绝缘料基础树脂热行为对比研究 被引量:4

摘要 选用1种国产超高压电缆绝缘料(YJ-110)和3种进口超高压电缆绝缘料作为研究对象,采用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)和差示扫描量热分析(DSC)等方法对国产料和进口料的分子量和热行为进行了表征。结果表明:国产电缆绝缘料YJ-110的数均分子量(Mn)和3种进口样的数均分子量几乎相同,而重均分子量(Mw)介于3种进口电缆料的之间。与进口电缆料相比,YJ-110的链规整度相对较差,短支链(SCB)含量相对较高,表现出较差的结晶能力。 One kind of domestic EHV cable insulation material (YJ-110) and three kinds of imported. EHV Cable insulation materials were selected as research object in this paper. The molecular weight and thermal behavior of the four samples are characterized by gel permeation chromatography (GPC) and dif- ferential scanning calorimeter (DSC). The results show that the number average molecular weight (Mn) of YJ-110 is almost the same as those of the imported samples, while the weight average molecular weight (Mw) of YJ-110 is among those of the imported samples. Compared with the imported samples, YJ-110 has poorer chain regularity and higher content of short branched chain (SCB), so YJ-110 shows poor crys- tallization capacity.
