摘要
以重要国立科研机构在物理学学科发表的高被引SCI论文及其所对应的高影响力研究人员为实证分析对象,通过研究高影响力研究人员的特征,探索高影响力研究人员的成才规律,为人才政策的制定提供参考依据。本文基于一些重要国立科研机构在物理学学科发表的高被引SCI论文,对论文所对应的高影响力科研人员的特征进行了调研、分析。研究结果表明:目前国立科研机构的高影响力科研人员群体存在严重的"男女失衡"现象;科研人员有多个创造峰值,且男、女性科研人员的科研创造峰值不同;博士几乎成为全部高影响力研究人员的学历水平,一些机构"近亲繁殖"的现象严重。
This study presents the results of an empirical case study of highly-cited SCI papers belonging to some significant national research institutions and their corresponding high impact researchers" characteristics. With the effort of discovering the rules for "what makes a high impact researcher?", the study aims to provide reference for the formulation of national talents policy. In this paper, we compare some national research institutions' highly-cited SCI papers firstly, then investigate and analyze the characteristics of high impact researchers. The results demonstrate that male researchers are more likely to contribute high quality research output at present;researchers have two more creative peaks in their research life, and female researchers' creative peak is different from that of male researchers; almost all of the high quality researchers have a doctorate, while at the same time there exists serious "close breeding" phenomena in some institutions.
