老年人结直肠癌中EGFR、VEGF和P-gp表达及其相关性的分析

摘要 目的探讨EGFR、VEGF和P-gp蛋白在老年人结直肠癌中的表达及其相关性分析。方法应用免疫组织化学技术对79例老年人结直肠癌病理切片进行EGFR、VEGF和P-gp的联合检测,并结合检测结果进行统计学分析。结果 79例老年人结直肠腺癌组织中,VEGF、EGFR和P-gp蛋白的表达与结直肠腺癌组织的分化程度、浸润深度、是否有癌栓、淋巴结转移和Duck分期密切相关(P<0.05)。EGFR表达与VEGF、P-gp阳性表达,及VEGF表达与P-gp阳性表达均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 VEGF、EGFR和P-gp的表达结果表明结直肠腺癌存在着多基因表达,这些基因可能参与了结直肠腺癌的发生和发展。三者的联合检测有助于判断结直肠腺癌的生物学行为和预后。 Objective To explore EGFR,VEGF and P-gp in colorectal carcinoma of elder people and their pathological relationship. Methods Immunohistochemical technique was used in VEGF, EGFR and P-gp joint detection for 79 cases of colorectal carcinoma biopsy. The result was statistically analyzed. Results Statistical analysis showed that VEGF, EGFR and P-gp protein expression was related to colorectal carcinoma tissue differentiation, depth of invasion, with or without tumor thrombus, lymph node metastasis, and Duck stage(p〈0.05). EGFR expression wasn't related to VEGF or P-gp expression, and VEGF expression wasn't related to P-gp expression(p〈0.05). Conclusions VEGF, EGFR and P-gp expression results in colorectal carcinoma show the existence of multi-gene expression, and these genes may be involved in the occurrence and development of colorectal carcinoma. The joint detection is helpful in determining the biological behavior and prognosis of colorectal carcinoma.
