口腔炎喷雾剂治疗复发性阿弗它性口腔溃疡的临床疗效观察

Observe the Clinical Effect in Curing Recurrent Aphthous Ulcer(RAU) by Stomatitis Spray

目的通过临床观察,了解口腔局部用药口腔炎喷雾剂合并服用口炎清颗粒治疗复发性阿弗它性口腔溃疡的治疗效果。方法 108例符合诊断标准的患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组将口腔炎喷雾剂喷在口腔黏膜溃疡面并服用口炎清颗粒;对照组仅服用口炎清颗粒,比较2组患者的平均溃疡期、疼痛指数、疗效指标。结果治疗组的平均溃疡期、疼痛指数、疗效指标均好于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论口腔炎喷雾剂喷在口腔黏膜溃疡面,联合口服用药可以提高复发性阿弗它性口腔溃疡的疗效。

Objective Observe and study the clinical effect in curing recurrent aphthous ulcer（RAU） by Stomatitis spray put on oral mucosa and in the mean time taking Kouyanqing granules by mouth. Methods 108 patients diagnosed in clinic as recurrent aphthous ulcer were divided into two groups. The therapy group applied Stomatitis sprayput on oral mucosa and took Kouyanqing granules by mouth in the mean time. The control group took Kouyanqing by mouth only. The average ulcer period, pain index and treatment effect were observed. Results The average ulcer period, pain index and treatment effect of therapy group were better than the control group, and the difference is identifiable in statistic. Conclusion Application of Stomatitis sprayput on oral mucosa can enhance the treatment effect of recurrent aphthousulcer.
