摘要目的分析不同剂量培哚普利治疗对心肌梗死后心力衰竭患者心肌能量消耗水平的影响。方法回顾性分析本院收治的心肌梗死后心力衰竭患者92例分为两组,各46例,对照组行常规剂量培哚普利用药,观察组行高剂量培哚普利用药。结果观察组治疗后LVFS、LVEF、c ESS、MEE、NT-pro BNP、Cr指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用培哚普利治疗心肌梗死后心力衰竭,能降低患者的心肌能量消耗,而高剂量的培哚普利治疗效果更佳。
